A: Yes, We are a company integrating industry and trade, with our own independent production factory. We have two factories currently, one is in Zhejiang, another is in Guangdong. We also accept OEM and ODM service, and the MOQ is much lower than competitors.

Q: What should I do if goods have problem?

A: Each item will be well-packed before shipment. Please make sure the package is intact and check all items carefully according to your order when you received the goods.  

1) If you find any quality problem, please take clear photos and contact us within 7days.  

2) If you find something missing, please check all boxes first, and if still no find, please take photos and contact us within 7days.

3) If you are in Europe, we have a warehouse in Germany, we will provide after sales-service in time.
